What we collect

This website is a product catalog and enquiry tool for K D Sarees Pvt Ltd, a wholesale saree manufacturer and supplier. We collect information only when you choose to provide it, through:

• The "Send Enquiry" form — your name, WhatsApp/mobile number, business type, and any message you write.
• The "My List" feature — the names of fabric designs you select while browsing, and the business name / city you enter, stored only in your own browser.

We do not use cookies or any third-party advertising scripts on this site. We do use a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool (see "Third-party services" below) that does not collect personal information.

How this information is used

When you submit the enquiry form or send your design list, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message addressed to our business number. We do not store, save, or have access to any of this information on our own servers — the form and cart data never leave your device until you choose to send the WhatsApp message yourself. From that point on, the conversation is handled the same way as any regular WhatsApp chat with us.

Your "My List" cart

The list of designs you add while browsing, along with the business name and city/location you type into the cart or enquiry form, is stored using your browser's local storage, on your own device only. We save the business name and location so you don't have to retype them each time you send a list — that's the only reason they're kept. This data is never transmitted anywhere unless you tap "Send List via WhatsApp" or "Send via WhatsApp." You can clear the design list at any time using the "Clear list" option, and clear the saved name/location by clearing your browser's site data for this page.

Third-party services used on this site

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — used to receive your enquiries. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to any conversation you start with us there.
• Google Maps — embedded on our Contact page to show our office location. Google's privacy policy applies to your use of the embedded map.
• Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces on this site.
• Cloudflare — our website hosting provider, which processes standard web traffic logs (like IP address and browser type) as part of delivering this site to you. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track you across other websites — it only tells us aggregate information like how many people visited and which pages were popular.

Your rights

Since we do not store any personal data on our own systems, there is no database of your information for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. If you've messaged us on WhatsApp and would like that conversation removed, you can delete it directly within WhatsApp, or message us and we'll do the same on our side.
